HERITAGE: Our family has lived and worked on Hocking Hills Farm since the early 1930's (when it was known as Pleasant View Farm).  Our family has been in the area since before the turn of the century (the last one-not this one!).  We have invested in the area in a way few others have and intend to continue for many years.

If you look carefully and know where to look, Hocking Hills Farm can be seen on the arial photograph taken in the early 1980's that hangs in the visitor information center at Old Man's Cave.

SIZE:  We have only 2 cabins on an 80 acre farm.  Since we started, we have grown enough that we can offer the amenities and atmosphere our guests have come to expect and appreciate.  But we are small enough that we appreciate each and every one of our guests and can provide service as individualized and personal as you want.  Would you like flowers waiting in the cabin for your special someone?  Would you like to be able to pitch a tent for the kids to play in?  Would you like to talk about an early check in or late check out?  Just let us know and we'll see what we can do!

VALUE:  Since starting in 2005, we've only had 1 rate increase.  In the past 2 years, we've made numerous improvements and have not increased our prices.  In fact, we've recently dropped the price of the White Pine Cabin.

ADDED VALUE:  The total price for a weekend stay for 6 adults in the Pleasant View Cottage is $381.60 (including tax)-that comes to $127.20 per couple for the whole weekend!

EVEN MORE ADDED VALUE:  The Pleasant View Cottage is full size with 3 levels and also has a full kitchen with full size appliances and a charcoal grill.  If you choose, you could cook all of your meals in the Cottage, saving even more money!!

BEST DEAL EVER: The Price of the White Pine Cabin has been reduced from $125 to  $100 on weekend nights and from $95 to $90 on weeknights.  ALSO:  The White Pine Cabin has a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator with freezer and a 24"  electric stove with oven.  If you choose, you could stock up for your entire stay and cook all your meals at the Cabin!!!
