*Additional guest charge:  $15 per guest per night for each additional guest age 14 and over.  Guests 13 and under are free!

Weekday Nights ~ Thursday through Sunday                                     $95.00 per night ~ 2 guests

*White Pine Cabin accomodates 2 guests only

 Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days prior to arrival  ~  Full refund of deposit
14-30 days prior to arrival  ~  50% refund of deposit
Less than 14 days prior to arrival  ~  No refund of deposit

Other Policies

~There is a 2 night minimum on weekends.  This can be either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday
~There is a 3 night minimum on certain holiday weekends.  These are Memorial Day, Labor Day and July 4th when the 4th is a Friday or Monday
~Holiday stays:  For stays on Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve the weekend rate will be charged for all nights of the stay
~No smoking in the units
~No hunting or firearms discharged on property
~Sorry, no pets
~You must be 21 years of age in order to schedule a reservation & we will ask for ID if you are fortunate enough to look younger!
