| ~There is a 2 night minimum on weekends-this can be Friday/Saturday, Saturday/Sunday or Thursday/Friday ~There is a 3 night minumum on certain weekends. They are Memorial Day, Labor Day and July 4th (when the 4th is on a Friday or Monday). The weekend rate will be charged for all 3 nights ~No smoking in the units (please be sure to read our full smoking policy on rental agreement) ~No hunting or discharging firearms on premises (only exception is for groups who have made arrangements for hunting (at time of reservation) and a signed waiver is on file ~Sorry, no pets ~You must be 21 years of age to schedule a reservation &we will ask to see your picture ID if you are fortunate enough to look younger! |
