It all started in the 1930's, when C. A. and Ethel Amerine Smith purchased Pleasant View Farm in the Hocking Hills.  They raised their sons here and operated a dairy farm, enjoying the farm's bounties and happily sharing with family, friends and neighbors.  It is with this spirit of sharing that we operate both the Pleasant View Cottage and White Pine Cabin at Hocking Hills Farm and invite our guests to come and enjoy.  So, come on down and spend some time on the farm and start growing your own memories that will be cherished for generations to come!
Both the Pleasant View Cottage and the White Pine Cabin are located on an 80 acre farm just minutes from the Hocking Hills State Park.  Guests can enjoy all the park has to offer then return to the peace and solitude found in the farm's rolling hills and serene setting.

We have 2 beautiful cottages to choose from, both recently updated so you can have the most relaxing and comfortable stay possible. 

Pleasant View Cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, full kitchen large living area and a hot tub on a covered patio.  The area off the patio has a goldfish pond that overlooks the wooded valley and farm pond.  The Cottage sleeps 6, so it is large enough for a group of family or friends but yet is cozy enough for just a couple.

The White Pine Cabin is a sweet little cabin that is just right for two!  On the main level is an open kitchen and living room that opens to a covered front porch which is perfect for sitting and enjoying the sights and sounds of nature.  The White Pine has a bathroom with shower and a full kitchen. The loft bedroom has a full size bed.

The Pleasant View Cottage and White Pine Cabin were built with a consideration of Hocking Hills Farm's heritage.  This is evident in the day by day operation, as the farm is still family owned and operated by members of a family who first arrived in the Hocking Hills region over 100 years ago.  We take pride in both our cabins and the farm.  It is our goal to provide our guests with the cleanest cabins, most comfortable stay in a beautiful, peaceful setting to provide the best value for the money.
